Semi-automated Liquid Dispenser

Thermo Electron Corporation announced the Finnpipette Novus 1200 multichannel pipette and Finntip Flex 1200 tips. Each of the eight channels of the Novus 1200 pipettes up to 1200µl either as a large single or smaller repeat volumes. This makes it ideal for the rapid pipetting of between 50 and 100µl into each well of a 96-well plate, or high volume pipetting into deep-well plates. As with the entire Finnpipette Novus range, the Novus 1200 is carefully designed for comfortable and stress free operation. The Finntip Flex 1200 tips enhance this experience since they have been specially developed for the Novus 1200. They have a wide orifice ideal for stepping and the rack system allows one-handed opening with a stable non-slip base. The Finnpipette Novus 1200 enables the user to program up to ten pipetting functions, meeting most laboratory needs.
