First 48-fold Parallel High-Throughput

Dasgip announces the joint development with H+P Labortechnik, PreSens Precision Sensing and the department of Biotechnology from the TU Munich of the new High-Throughput Fermentation System for process development. The new system can process 48 parallel and fully automated fermentation systems utilizing disposable bioreactors. Sterilized bioreactors with a volume of 5 to 10 mL guarantee easy handling. The special designed agitation system delivers high oxygen transfer rate to culture, allowing high cell density fermentation to be done in milliliter scale. The new Dasgip High-Throughput Fermentation System provides a critical solution in the success of industrial microbial development and downstream processing.
