NARA NS NEBULASIZER

The NARA Nebulasizer supplies custom-made wet or dry granulates with optimal particle size distribution. In a continuous process the portion of oversized agglomerates is reduced. Additionally, by using of the product moisture, unwanted fines are bound. In this way, a wide particle size distribution of the raw granulates is scaled down to a defined target size. A subsequent sieving step can be eliminated.

 

A flexible and variable arrangement of the machine interiors guarantees a granulate distribution with a grain spectrum in a small window between 100 and 4000 µm. The range of application varies from building and construction chemistry to pharmacy. It standardizes wet as well as dry granulates. Due to different execution types, capacities of a few kilograms up to tons are realizable.
