IB/E Telecentric Illumination
IB/E introduces its new telecentric illumination modules for best measuring results. These consists of TZ supply, TZ illumination modul and TZ specialized optics. The influence of illumination on quality is underestimated. Examinations yield an improvement of the reproducibility up to factor 10 compared to standard illumination. Different power module can manage current from 20 mA to 2000 mA to fit standard LEDs as well as high power LEDs for light sensitive applications. The potential free metal housing with ground/screen connectionandshielded cable-system fills high requests in the industry.
Prescriptions to the contact protection after VDI 0100 are filled. Additionally IB/E offers suitable telecentric illumination-heads with differently-colored LEDs including infrared. Special aspherical illumination optics are suitable for filed of views up to 55 mm The illumination optics from IB/E have exceptional homogeneity, minimal shading at the edges and excellent telecentricity. Measuring errors under 6 µm on 10 (!!) mm stroke were measured. Ask fordetailed measuring reports! The modular telecentric illumination offer very high-quality and is designed to work in extreme industrial surroundings.
