Kjeldahl Solutions

Buchi presents its latest innovations of the wide range of Kjeldahl solutions, the Distillation Units K-350, K-355 and K-370. These state-of-the-art units provide accurate and highly reproducible results with an excellent recovery rate. They can be used for a variety of applications in analytical or quality labs of the food & beverage, feed, chemical and pharmaceutical industry as well as labs of the agricultural and environmental area. These applications also include the classical nitrogen and protein determination (Kjeldahl, Devarda, TKN) in accordance with official methods, such as AOAC, EPA, ISO and DIN. Examples of additional applications on the K-355 are alcohol or phenol distillation and the determination of sulfur dioxide or volatile acids.
