Clones/Libraries and derivatives

RZPD's maintains the most comprehensive publicly available clone collection world-wide. It comprises 35,000,000 clones including the complete I.M.A.G.E. clone collection. Clones are derived from more than 30 different organisms. All clones are arrayed in microtiter plates (384-well or 96-well) or in single tube systems. RZPD's clone collection consists of more than 120 genomic and 1,000 cDNA libraries.
Genome-wide, non-redundant, sequence-verified cDNA clone collections are currently available for Human, Mouse, Rat and Xenopus. Full-length clones and full Open-Reading-Frame clones (ORF-clones) are available for various organisms. The complete clone collection can be searched using e.g. GenBank Acc.No., I.M.A.G.E. ID, Affymetrix ID, gene name, BLAST etc.
