R'ALF plus, compact and linked autoclavable laboratory fermenters

R'ALF plus comprises R'ALF autoclavable laboratory fermenters linked together with centralized water, air and power supplies but with individual controls. This permits, in a small space and with minimum effort, to run different fermentations simultaneously in identical vessels but under different conditions.

Each fermenter unit has individual temperature, speed, pO2, pH and antifoam controls. Direct digital control (DDC) is employed for measurement and control functions, so that cultivation parameters can be viewed on and directly modified from a PC. The number of the linked autoclavable fermenter units can vary. Specific upgrade capabilities for cell culture or microorganism is available.
