Metal diaphragm valve range DN 15-300 for industrial applications
GEMÜ have modified and completed their metal diaphragm valve range for industrial applications. The full-bore and weir-type metal valves are particularly suited for heavily contaminated, abrasive, caustic, corrosive and highly viscous liquid media.
Both product lines are available in DN 15-300 nominal bores, operated either manually or pneumatically. Additionally, electrically operated actuators are optionally available depending on the valve type. The various body, lining and diaphragm materials available allow the GEMÜ diaphragm valve to be customised for nearly any application.
These valves are available not only with threaded sockets (up to DN 50), but also in all commonly used flange/length combinations such as the EN (previously DIN and BS) and ANSI standards. An extensive range of accessories including stroke limiters, electrical position indicators, position and process controllers as well as field bus connections round out the Industrial Diaphragm Valve programme to suit all modern plant concepts.
