KT 3 L – laser contrast scanner with mini-light spot for maximum distances

The KT 3 L expands SICK's KT 3 series of contrast scanners with a powerful laser version. The miniature sensor offers long scanning distances that permit optimum installation at an accessible location. The very good depth of field copes with scanning distances that change during operation. The extremely small light spot, resulting from the laser light source, allows reliable detection of the smallest of object details, e.g. small print marks on packaging and labels, or narrow grooves on metallic and reflective surfaces.
