Small Animal Imaging System

The CRI Maestro system is an affordable in-vivo system for fluorescence-based small animal imaging. Multispectral acquisition and analysis provides dramatically improved sensitivity, multi-label flexibility, and quantitative accuracy for visible and near-infrared labels. The system uniquely and accurately removes contrast-robbing autofluorescence from images, enabling detection of fluorescently labeled tumors in animal models sooner and with greater sensitivity. The system's built-in multispectral capabilities allow for the simultaneous use of multiple exogenous labels without cross-talk even if these labels overlap spectrally and spatially. Images are collected in seconds, accelerating the conduct of preclinical studies.
