New brushless DC with 100W

Oriental Motor has extended the brushless DC drives of the AXH-Series with a 100W-type. The characteristics of the series are the compact size together with a strong output power, applications are e.g. small conveyors. Up to now only types with 15W, 30W and 50W were available. The new 100W-type realises a rated torque of 0.4Nm and a starting torque of 0.5Nm.
The motor can be combined with gearheads, there are eight different gear ratios from 1:5 to 1:200. All other features are the same like the existing types, for example the constant torque over the whole speed range (100 – 3000r/min). Protection functions for overload, under/over voltage etc. make the motor stopping to guarantee a safe operation process. The AXH-Series is marked with CE, UL and cUL, for the power supply 24V DC are required.
