Based on vast experience gained as a specialist in the Embedded Solution Industry and complemented with their applications know-how, Contec has developed an industrial Panel IPC which meets all the demands required for a tough, control and visualization platform. This innovative product is aimed at dusty, humid or clean room environments where any down time means loss of productivity which has to be eliminated at all “costs”.
The design is based on Contec’s patented Fluid Cooling and Housing concept, which completely eliminates the necessity of unreliable components such as Cooling Fans or Fluid Pumps.

Enhanced features:

A high environmental classification (N65), a compact but sturdy design, a complete temperature monitoring system including an integrated UPS for speedy, safe termination of applications during sudden power failures.
Two integrated CANopen, Ethernet and Serial interfaces, Touch Screen functionality, visual process control and a variety of practical functions round off this high-end solution.

Configurations:

The Panel IPC is available in various hard and software configurations.
E.g. One version including a Soft-PLC and Visualization System from 3S-Smart Software Solutions (CoDeSys) installed on a Linux real-time derivative, or alternatively a version running on Windows XP offering full PC compatibility.

Web visualization across the Internet for remote diagnostics. Data exchange by means of global network variables via Ethernet or CAN bus. (Additional programming requirements are not necessary.)
