ASC Wins Members' Choice Award for Best Recording / Quality Monitoring Solution in EMEA Two Years in a Row

ASC, a leading provider of performance improvement solutions for contact centers, financial institutions, and public safety and government organizations, today announced it has won a 2005 ContactCenterWorld.com Members' Choice Award for Best Recording / Quality Monitoring Solution in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for EVOip, its VoIP recording solution.

Entrants were voted on by users instead of judging panels, and the competition was open to any organization providing customers for evaluation. Awards were based on the quality of users' comments.

The truly browser-based graphic interface allows users to easily play back, archive or email recordings.
