miniature-gas-pumps

General

Our miniature-gas-pumps operate oil-free according to the rotary vane compressor principle. The diaphragm pump works also oil free. The vanes are made of special carbon with long service life up to 10000 operating hours (depending on the load). Replacement of the vanes can be made within a short time without special equipment. The pump housing is made from high-grade steel 1.4305 (if you wish: 1.4301), or made in Ryton for diaphragm pump/compressor.The direct-current types are normally driven by ironless powerful precision servomotors. An exception are particularly inexpensive drives of the low-cost design. From a capacity of about 4 l/min, onwards our equipment is also supplied with alternating current motors and three-phase motors. In these types is the rotary shaft seal made of an elastic rubber material. As alternating current drives serve split-pole and capacifor motors of the voltages 230V 50 Hz, 230/115 V and 50/60 Hz as well as threephase motors of 220/380 V 50/60 Hz. As in standard series they are fitted with ball bearings and ventilators, high service life is reached in case of correct use.

Attention!

All information is given on best knowledge. All the same user has to carry out his own checks and experiments, independently of the instructions given. The producer does not take any responsibility or liability for the wrong use of the apparatus. Illustrations without engagement.
Important!
Please note: Operation at a somewhat lower than the pump design voltage will yield a significantly longer life of the motor and the pump while also decreasing the current draw and operating noise of the unit. If used for continuous operation, please note that the electrical current will be at least 10 % below the specified design current draw. Consequently, we recommend that you select a pump that has a slightly higher pumping capacity than needed during normal operation.
