Automated High Content Analysis

"I firmly believe that Cellenger represents a quantum leap in image analysis for Cell Biology. Knowledge based analysis means that the software can actually understand the image. This makes possible new forms of automated analysis, and dramatically increases the objectivity and repeatability of manual analysis requiring expert knowledge"

Dr Kurt I. Anderson, Leader Light Microscopy, Max Planck Institute
for Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics

Cellenger is a software for powerful automated high content analysis of tissues and cellular assays that enables the reliable and fully automated extraction, and detailed analysis of structures of interest even in complex image data and tasks. The extracted objects are then counted or morphometrically measured. In contrast to a more qualitative, global assessment of an image, as is the case with a visual analysis, a detailed, quantitative description of, e.g. tissue substructures, can now be obtained.
These can be used for case analysis, but also for correlation with proteomic data. Cellenger can be used for all types of image rendering processes. The process has been used successfully in a large number of histological, cell-biological and diagnostic applications.

Features:
  • Automated high content screening for all biomedical imagery
  • Superior quality of object-oriented image analysis including cases where pixel-based technology fail
  • Highest efficiency in tissue and cell analysis through speed, accuracy, and reliability
