Digital Multiplex Recorder for 16 Signal Sources

With the DVR-108, MONACOR presented the economic stand-alone solution for digital picture recording just half a year ago. After the successful start of this 1-channel recorder the development of a multi-channel solution of similar attraction was close at hand. With the DMR-1608A, MONACOR now presents a digital recorder for 16 video signal sources with audio recording and integrated colour multiplexer function. The price of the DMR-1608A will be that of a standard colour multiplexer.Compared to a standard video surveillance management and recording system, this system will be of economic interest even for only four cameras, thanks to the wear-resistant video recording.

The equipment of the DMR-1608A corresponds to the 16-channel colour multiplexer MONACOR TVMP-2216COL regarding its multiplexer functions. 6 recording speeds and 4 recording qualities can be selected for video recording. This MONACOR recorder is installed in the factory with an 80 GB removable hard disk which reaches a recording time of more than 960 hours. The mounting frame for another hard disk is already provided.

For reproducing recorded video and audio material the customer can make use of a convenient operating surface which also includes functions like Quick Search regarding time list, event list, or alarm list.
