All-in-one PC for operation and visualisation of complex machine controls

As the operation functions of machines and technical equipment steadily grow, the former key panels nowadays are replaced by touch screens. Caused by the immense variety of external access options the display surface must also grow in order to represent a clear content. These requirements match our new system SAC42.

The 42" LC display with full HD resolution (1920 x 1080p WUXGA), a LED backlight (340 cd/m² brightness) and a contrast of 1000:1 provides a better display clearness and a higher distance of instrumental read-out. Its multi touch screen (12 touch points simultaneously by PCAP) is covered by a glass with a scratch-proof surface ranging from one to the other end of the system. It has a small black back-pressure frame and it may eperated with rough gloves providing an easy cleaning even in operation mode.

Behind the LC display there is the single board computer containing one of the Intel® processors Dual core ATOM© D2550 (4GB-DDR-3 memory), Celeron J1900 (max. 8 GB DDR-3) up to the low voltage series i3/i5/i7© (max. 16GB DDR-3 main memory).   

The SAC42 offers all customary interfaces. Additional functions like WLAN, audio or GPIO are for choice. The mass memories SLC-mSATA or MLC-m-SATA and also a 2,5" SSD or a SATA-HDD min. 250GB are selectable. The power supply is eligible from the voltages of 12/24V DC or 95-264V AC. The operation systems Windows® 7, 8.1, 10 or 10IoT or their appropriate embedded versions are available.

The system contains a VESA attachment (400 x 200mm) and it may be equipped with a stand or a wall-mount device.

The fields of application are:

• Operation and visualisation of complex machine controls
• Machine- or factory data acquisition
• Visualisation of all steps of the production line
• Master control centers
• Presentation of engineering data or plans
• Digital signage systems (i.e. timetables or flight schedules, info terminals at places with high audience traffic or advertising media).

These IPCs are made in germany and they will be availabel for min. 3 years.
