QTof Mass Spectrometer

Waters Corporation introduced the Xevo G2-XS mass spectrometer, a high performance benchtop quadrupole time-of-flight (QTof) mass spectrometer. It combines the XS Collision Cell with the signature technologies of Tof-MRM, Stepwave and Quantof to deliver optimum levels of robust sensitivity and selectivity. For targeted quantitative experiments, Tof-MRM mode delivers a tenfold improvement in signal-to-noise.

Another feature is the Company’s MSE technology, a patented method of data acquisition that comprehensively catalogs complex samples in a single analysis.
