It features high UV sensitivity, high resolution, extremely low noise, a compact design and a flat field to meet challenging operating applications. It features quantum efficiency of up to 40% @ 193 nm. The available exposure times range from 1μs to 60 s. Digital temperature compensation is integrated instead of a spaceconsuming thermo-electrical cooling unit.
