Industrial fire detector with loop technology

The 3 channel infrared flame detector UniVario FMX5000 IR Ex can be used as addressable loop participant in potentially explosive atmospheres of zone 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22. It features an extremely robust industrial die-cast aluminum housing with the protection rating IP67.

The fire sensitivities of the FMX5000 IR Ex are flexible for all classes according to EN 54 Part 10 (class 1, 2, 3 or maximum fire sensitivity X). A complete self-test as well as intelligent evaluation algorithms for dependable fire detection ensure safe and failure-free operation of the flame detector. The UniVario industrial fire detector FMX5000 IR Ex has worldwide approvals, e.g. according to ATEX, IEC Ex, VdS, FM and conformity to Russian standards and requirements.
