Data Acquisition

For the enhancement of neuroscience research Axon Instruments has introduced its Digidata 1550 Data Acquisition System to concurrently capture more sample points from recorded cells. This synchronized function helps to better understand higher-level neuronal network function studies, while increasing patch clamp throughput.

The system features a study synaptic function with up to eight neurons simultaneously, and high sampling rate (500 kHz) monitors fast signals related to nanopore and bilayer research.
