Image Deconvolution and 3D Visualization Software

Media Cybernetics has released the AutoQuant version X3 image deconvolution and 5D visualization software. Version X3 delivers new 2D and 3D deconvolution algorithms with improved quality and faster completion times.

Furthermore new features include a ROI deconvolution preview to help verify settings quickly and effortlessly, a new auto-detection algorithm for identifying sample dimensions such as sample refractive index (RI) and sample distance from cover slip. Also added is a Point Spread Function modeling algorithm for shape and spherical aberration at once simultaneously.
