Semperguard® Nitrile Xenon

The new Semperguard® Xenon impresses with its pleasant softness and easy donning properties. The ultrathin nitrile glove with a textured finger outside is ideal for uses where the elegant white colour underlines its use as a hygienic glove. The new “Xenon” is an excellent addition to the popular Semperguard® glove range for food processing, cleaning, light industrial applications such as product testing, as well as for hobbies and household, and the price is also interesting.

The new Semperguard® Xenon combines the advantages of synthetic rubber with the wearing comfort of natural latex: Its fit and tactile properties are just as first-class as those of latex gloves, but without the risk of latex allergies. The new “Xenon” is free from allergenic latex proteins, softeners (phthalates) and powder, making this skin-friendly nitrile glove wonderfully suited even for people with latex allergy and to prevent sensitisation.

Advantage of dual labelling – look out for it!

Selected Semperguard® gloves fulfil both the requirements for personal protective equipment (PPE) and those for medical devices and therefore have dual labelling and certification. The advantage for the user is the extended scope of application, and these gloves can be used for various purposes in industry, the service sector or the health sector.

The new Semperguard® Xenon also has dual labelling:

  • As PPE in accordance with CE Category I: watertight disposable glove for minimal, reversible risks (in accordance with EU Directive 89/686/EEC) and
  • as a medical device in accordance with CE Class I: Examination gloves for primarily invasive use in connection with body orifices (in accordance with EU Directive 93/42/EEC), AQL 1.5.

In addition, the light white Semperguard® Xenon meets the requirements of EU Directive 1935/2004 on food contact.
