Fanless Embedded System with Intel Atom N270 processor and 6 serial COM-Ports

LEAD presents another product optimized for the control technology. The BBS-2021 Embedded System convinces, like his predecessor BBS-2020, with a thin & compact design and provides the ability to operate with 6 serial COM ports at the same time.

Due to the fanless construction, the energy saving Intel Atom N270 processor and the single-sided location of the I/O-ports BBS-2021 turns out to be an optimal solution for the direct integration in several machines, terminals or other industrial devices.

The basic configuration of BBS-2021 is equipped with 1GB DDR2 memory and a minimum 80GB hard disk. Of course it is possible to arrange the system with customized components like additional RAM or a SSD.

In addition to the 6 COM ports mentioned, this system also provides 4 USB2.0 interfaces, one Gigabit LAN port, common audio functions, connectors for keyboard and mouse, one VGA and one 18bit-LVDS output (extendible for 24bit). Furthermore the BBS-2021 can be easily upgraded with a WLAN-module for wireless internet connectivity.
