Version 4.7.2 of the Axiovision software from Carl Zeiss enables fast image capturing using the Cellobserver SD and Laser Tirf 3 microscope systems. Scientists working in the field of the life sciences benefit from the extended functionality of the Cellobserver. The software now also enables the combination of high-speed image capture under physiological conditions (incubation) and fast confocal microscopy. Furthermore, this software version permits the analysis of near-membrane processes at a high temporal resolution. The configuration functions of the Dual Camera software module allow for the clear allocation of individual cameras to the recording channels. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to change the filter after the signal sequence changes.
