CV-5000 Series

The first-in-its-class 7x high-speed cameras available for the CV-5000 Series have reduced the time required for full-screen transfer from a minimum of 17 ms with the conventional model to 4.7 ms to achieve a dramatically faster transfer speed (3.5x). In addition, the newly-adopted 3 + 1 Processor System, which performs ultra-high-speed parallel processing, has achieved twice the image processing speed of the CV-3000 Series.

These features have enabled the CV-5000 Series to easily support advanced, high-speed production lines such as electronic parts, which produce more than 3000 pieces per minute and were difficult to inspect conventionally. With the most extensive lineup in its class, optimum cameras can be selected depending on the application from twelve different camera types, such as color, monochrome, ultra-compact and 2 million pixels. Any combination of up to four cameras can be connected to one controller and used simultaneously.

A total of eighteen inspection tools, which is the most extensive in its class, can provide solutions to a wide-range of on-site problems such as defect detection, dimensional measurement, target positioning and OCR.

Features / Concept
