Tool for Nanotechnologists

The Mini-SEM, short for miniature scanning electron microscope, is an easy-to-use analytical miniature electron microscope. It can magnify images 30,000 times in standard mode, and with digital zoom it can magnify 120,000 times. I can be equipped with Evexs NanoAnalysis System, which comprise the 1) Evex QDD high speed liquid nitrogen free x-ray detector, 2) spectral engine, 3) imaging engine, 4) elemental mapping module. After loading the sample, you can capture an image and acquire a spectra to determine the elemental composition of the sample. The NanoAnalysis can measure the concentration levels of each element at every pixel position in the image with its trace sensitive analysis routine.
