• The e-cylinder can be installed quickly and effortlessly – without expensive wiring
• Existing fittings can be kept.
• Perfectly suited to tubular frame doors
• It is also ideal for special doors, such as fire doors and areas under preservation orders
• The identification procedure is verified by an optic and acoustic feedback signal from the e-cylinder (e.g. green light means "opened"). It is therefore very well suited to all user groups and any environment.
• Accurate recording of when which third-party companies were in the property and for how long - such as cleaning service/repair service/mail delivery, etc. (in conjunction with on-line wall reader). Hence efficient cost control!
• A major benefit for system partners is the simple installation of the e-cylinder. No electrical connections need to be made.
• Highest level of protection from the elements in mechatronics area (IP65 classification in accordance with EN 60529)

• Also available as a short cylinder (27/27). Important for e.g. glass doors.
• As a component of the SALTO-XS4 platform from EVVA, the e-cylinder is part of the virtual network from SALTO. This means it networks without wiring.

The virtual network means the administration of the network remains clear and simple. Combination with mechanical locking systems is possible.

The selection of identification technology is entirely up to the requirements and desires of the operator.
