ATEX-certified PTZ

Forward Vision CCTV announce the release of the MIC1-440, an explosion-protected, ATEX-certified model from the MIC1 or Metal Mickey as they are more commonly known series of pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras. The MIC1-440 is specifically designed to provide effective surveillance at critical infrastructure sites.

The release coincides with the development of multiple communication protocol capability, enabling easy integration into various video management platforms. MIC1 is also gaining sales traction from its increased use in mobile systems, which include a recent project completed for the Hong Kong Transport Department. Designed for effective surveillance at critical infrastructure sites, the PTZ camera is certified for explosion protected performance to ATEX Directive 94/9/EC Exd IIC T6 and holds Certificate of Registration No. 679907.
