Imaging Microscope

Horiba Jobin Yvon offers the XGT-7000, the latest system in the XGT series of energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) microscopes. A 10 µm spatial resolution allows fast element characterisation of discrete microscopic particles, and detailed element imaging. Dual vacuum modes provide ultra-high sensitivity to light elements, and atmospheric pressure analysis for sodium to uranium. The intuitive SmartMap software provides complete data control, including post acquisition image analysis. The XGT-7000 provides the answer for applications as varied as forensic science, pharmaceutics, materials, engine wear analysis, geology, museums, archaeology, electronics and the life sciences.
