Safety cabinets for pressurised gas cylinders convinces with a fire resistance of at least 90 minutes

Above all else, safety cabinets should do one thing: Keep hazardous substances safe. Yet at DÜPERTHAL not only does the storage have to be safe, the handling must be easy too. With this standard in mind the experts of the richly traditional, worldwide operating DÜPERTHAL company produce innovative solutions for optimum user-friendliness and for diverse applications.

DÜPERTHAL sets a high quality level for the storage of pressurised gas cylinders. Here the new SUPREME line convinces with a fire resistance of at least 90 minutes and convenient user-friendliness. With the newly developed door technology it is no longer to open the second inner door usual for Type G90. The large door opening angle of almost 180º provides the user with the greatest possible operating freedom. This comfort makes it considerably easier to store items in the safety cabinet and to connect fittings.

Roll-in flap
A further highlight of the DÜPERTHAL SUPREME line is the easy in which gas cylinders can be placed in the cabinets and stored. The combination of low rolling height and standard integrated roll-in flap makes a large contribution to making work easier. With the claim of optimum solutions it is only consistent and logical that the roll-in flap also lowers with pneumatic damping. At this point it should be emphasised that no external energy is necessary.

DÜPERTHAL also sets a good example when it comes to fulfilling standards. With the safety cabinets for pressurised gas cylinders the company already fulfils all requirements of the new DIN EN 14470-2 standard. This increases the maximum period of protection of pressurised gas cylinder safety cabinets from 20 minutes to up to 90 minutes. With DIN EN 14470-2, DÜPERTHAL can thus uniformly realise the 90 minutes standard and offer users the greatest safety.

Tested Safety
DÜPERTHAL cabinets also ensure safety at the workplace if a fire occurs. This reliability has been confirmed by the independent TÜV Süd (German technical inspectorate). The SUPREME line cabinets qualify according to DIN EN 14470-2 as safe cabinets for the storage, provision or handling of pressurised gas cylinders.
SUPREME line – safety cabinets with a fire resistance of 90 minutes for a temperature increase of 50 Kelvin measured at the neck of the gas cylinder.

Roll-in flap – The roll-in flap can be easily folded down by means of foot operation. When pressed the flap slowly lowers, pneumatically damped (without external energy).

Door opening – The doors can be opened to an angle of almost 180° and provide optimum freedom to work.

Pipe and cable penetration – Pipes and cables can be laid directly from the gas fitting through the cabinet ceiling to the outside. Complicated pipe bends are not usually necessary and this therefore reduces the installation time.

Interior – Optimised interior height enables maximum comfort during installation and for operation of the gas cylinder fittings.

Door technology – NEW: Even easier – even more convenient due to only one wing door per side to open. The additional, previously standard inner door has been omitted.
