VARIPURE® In-line Sprayer IS25

The In-line Sprayer IS25 features a pullout spray head, which does not project into the product chamber during production. This makes the IS25 ideal for cleaning tanks with moving components such as straight-arm paddle agitators and wipers.
Thanks to the In-line Sprayer IS25 even loose material pipes can now be cleaned with a minimal volume of cleaning media, an operation that was previously possible only by using large quantities of cleanser. This means that energy and investment costs can be significantly reduced, as the consumption of the In-line Sprayer is only approx. 3 – 5 m³/h at 2 bar.
Function: The spray head is pneumatically controlled and extended during the cleaning operation. Following cleaning, a powerful spring action returns the spray head to its resting place from the product chamber.
