New generation of injection-molded valve connectors from Hirschmann

Hirschmann Automation and Control GmbH, Neckartenzlingen, presents a new generation of molded valve connectors. The connectors are available in the versions IP65/67 and IP68, and are characterized by their ergonomic design and compact
dimensions – the height of design A, for example, is just 26 millimeters. They also fulfill all requirements with regard to shock and vibration resistance. The connectors and cables can be individually combined via the online configurator "Open
Connector" (www.hirschmann.com).
The valve connectors are available both with or without circuits and come in the designs A, B and C. While the IP65/67 is designed for a temperature range of -25 to +70 degrees Celsius, the IP68 versions can be used for temperatures up to +105 degrees Celsius. The connectors have either one or two captive gaskets depending on
the design, as well as a revolving flange for mounting of the hose, and an ear for mounting lacing cords, labels etc.
The cables are made of either PVC or halogen-free PUR, and have a cross-section of 0.75 or 0.34 mm2 and a length of 2 or 5 meters. Other materials, cross-sections and lengths can be supplied on request.
