Tube stainless steel connection system

Within a short space of time RK Rose+Krieger has come up with two new additions to its range of tube connection systems. The series models Flange (FK), Angle (W), Base (FS) and Cross clamps (K), in the sizes 12-18 millimetres, are available from now on either in zinc-plated or stainless steel. Both the steel, as well as the stainless steel 8.8 hexagonal socket head screws are in line with the outer contours.
Those working in the chemical and food industries will be especially interested in the stainless steel elements. There is a particularly high demand in bottling plants, packaging and process engineering. Due to their high resistance to aggressive cleaning and disinfection agents, the stainless steel elements can also be used in the area of medical engineering. Just like the plastic (RKLightDesign) and the aluminium (RKIndustrieDesign) series, these clamps were manufactured using investment casting technology and have already taken on the new design. The dimensions are also compatible, allowing the type series to be combined. The clamping forces which can be achieved by the new steel series can be compared to those of the aluminium versions.
The manufacturer based in Minden, Westphalia declared that the reason for this new development was the constant demand for outdoor connection technology as well as for appliances with thermal stress.

  • 1: Tube stainless steel connection system
  • 2: Application stainless steel clamps in wet environment
  • 3: steel clamp as a guiding element
