Cone-Plate Measurements

For the viscometers series Rheomat proRheo offers a stand for cone-plate measurements. Cone-plate measurements are to be preferred if few sample volume is available as well as for products that are difficultly cleaned out of cylindrical measurement systems. The cone-plate stand is available for the viscometers Rheomat R 140, Rheomat R 180 and Rheomat R 180T. It is easy to handle and the price for the basic version is 1.265 € (without measuring head). The complete measuring system with Rheomat R 140, cone-plate stand and measuring systems is available for less than 7.000 €. The applications for this system have a great variety, from liquid to viscous, from asphalt to creams, varnishes or sugar syrup. The measuring range is from 0,02 – 5.000 Pas, temperature range from -10 to 120°C. An Oven is available for higher temperatures; however the price rises with the temperature.
