Protective gas packaging control with small sample volume

Special version for extremely small sample volume from SensorData Instruments in Lüdenscheid, Germany

Checking remaining oxygen content in fumigated food- and pharma packagings is an im-portant step for quality control during and after the packaging procedure. For this applica-tion SensorData Instruments is producing high-precision measuring instruments in various versions with an empirical knowledge of 10 years.
The range of product includes mobile hand-held units and online-measuring units with an accuracy of up to 0,001% O2. A sample-volume of typically 4 to 12 ml gas is necessary for conventional spot sample-measurements.
Not all packagings have an appropriate headspace volume. More often, double tests are not possible, too. For this reason SensorData Instruments designed a new version: MAT12-01 which needs only 0,3 ml gas for a measuring accuracy of up to 0,001% O2.
One more advantage of this analyzer is an included long-life, drift-free and adjustment-free sensor.
