4 Channel IP Crossover, Power Insertion Component of the UTPLinks System: CIP16
The CIP16 series 4 Channel IP Crossover and Power Insertion Card is designed for use with the CX452 Modular Card Cage (purchase separately).
The CIP16 crossover and power insertion card is a unique component of the UTPLinks system. The CIP16 card can provide power for up to four IP cameras. The CIP16 also provides the means to connect the four IP cameras to a network device; i.e. hub, switch, etc. Up to five CIP16 cards may be plugged into a CX452 chassis to power a total of twenty cameras, or any combination of CIP16 cards may be used with other UTPLinks system cards (up to 5 cards total) in a CX452 Card Cage. In this way the UTPLinks system may be used to power and crossover both IP and standard analog cameras in the same structured cabling network. The CX452 is a 1 RU card cage which is powered from a separate PS110 power supply (purchase separately).
