Industrial Security Alliance

The Berlin-based security specialist Innominate Security Technologies AG and
Hirschmann Automation and Control GmbH are pleased to announce a strategic
partnership. The starting point for the alliance was a joint trade fair
stand at the Interkama+ "Secure Automation" within the Hannover Messe. Both
companies presented innovative solutions covering the fields of industrial
security and Industrial Ethernet. In the spotlight was the presentation of a
security solution for remote maintenance conducted via the Internet, which
is based on the "Eagle mGuard" industry firewall co-developed by the two
companies. Under the auspices of the partnership, Innominate’s complete
portfolio of mGuard security appliances now features the "Industrial
HiVision" network management software from Hirschmann.
