Manufactured from ultra clean medical grade polycarbonate under Class 10,000 clean room conditions Porvair 96 and 384-well Thermal Cycler plates are totally free from DNase and RNase enzyme activity enabling optimised PCR results. Designed for high-throughput Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) ­assays, the plates are compatible with almost all PCR and sequencing instruments. To ensure full compatibility with robotic systems Porvair Thermal Cycler plates offer a full plate skirt and high rigidity to minimise distortion before and after thermal cycling. A working well volume of only 30 µl means that 384-well Thermal Cycler plates are also highly economical on valuable samples.
