Glass Pipette Washing / Drying

The advanced Model Hoelzel MPS 2 is specialized to wash and dry Glass ­Pipettes of any volume and dimension fully automatically. Glass Pipettes are placed into a perforated basket without positional preference. No seals or ­fittings have to be considered. Cleaning is performed by gentle but thorough thermal agitation of the heated alkaline bath at a disinfectant temperature of 93°C or 70°C respectively. Liquid cleaning detergent is dosed automatically into the bath from a 5,000 ml reservoir. The amount of detergent is adjustable. Two rinse cycles plus a final hot rinse will drain all contaminants plus any alkaline detergent residue.Drying takes place in the same process at a temperature of 100°C. Drying occurs by way of evaporation and condensation. For more demanding applications alternate models with up to nine programs are available.
