High-End Image Processing Platform for Vision Experts

Keyence is going to release the series XG-X as the next evolution step of their high-end image processing platforms targeting vision experts. While the second generation XG-8000 set new milestones in terms of connectivity, the new generation XG-X is focusing on controller hardware and software. Extreme amount of data produced by the high-resolution sensors (up to 21MP) require ultimate performance of the embedded controller. A newly designed processor architecture and drastically increased memory enable the system to solve application in a new speed dimension.
