NOVAplex™ - the chassis of the future

New decentralized heat recovery appliance for wall installation with NOVAplex™

For sensation provided the new decentralized heat recovery appliance of Benzing Lüftungssysteme GmbH in Spaichingen, which was converted with the chassis-concept of the future: NOVAplex™.

Rudi Hauser, managing director of Benzing Lüftungssysteme set from the beginning consistently on the NOVAplex™ chassis system. The cooperation with RUCH NOVAPLAST was excellent, as Rudi Hauser confirmed proudly. The list of requirements of Benzing Lüftungssysteme was perfectly converted by Armin Zipf, technical designer of RUCH NOVAPLAST. All construction units such as heat exchangers, ventilation equipment, ventilation flaps as well as the driving gear of the ventilation flaps and the control plate are positively embedded in the foam. Switches and cables are also taken up in the foam and are reliably kept in their guidance by retaining ribs.

Relevant requirements for the development were simple assembly at the building, targeted air conduction, weight reduction as well as noise reduction. The appliance finds in particular its employment in the old-building renovation. The highlight is that the appliance can be installed very simply because of its round form. On the desired installation place will be bored a round breaking through into the wall and the outside ring of the appliance will be encased. The advantage is, that the position of the appliance is exactly fixed, but the installation of the power section can be implemented later, when the "rough" construction work is finished.

Benzing Lüftungssysteme provided a clear cost advantage in relation to the competition by using NOVAplex™. The hightlight related to "time to market" is the fast development and implementation of a product by using NOVAplex™.
